Demo nature

Eitoo at /recover is a public demo. It is not a commercial filing service. It does not submit refund applications on your behalf. It estimates.

No warranty

The demo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and merchantability.

Not financial, tax, or legal advice

The estimate produced by the demo is informational only. It is not professional tax, legal, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional before relying on the output for any filing or business decision.

User assumes all risk

You are solely responsible for any decision you make on the basis of the estimate. Use of the demo is at your own risk.

No fiduciary duty

Operating Eitoo does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship between the operator and any visitor to the site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

In no event shall the operator's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which, for the free tools, is zero).

Accuracy of estimates

VAT recovery estimates are generated by AI-assisted extraction and rule-based analysis. Estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Recovery amounts are not guaranteed. Actual recovery depends on the tax authority's assessment, which Eitoo does not control.

Service availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, response times, or uninterrupted access.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
